    About the translation

    The original text of the specification is from the official svn of WHATWG, http://svn.whatwg.org/webapps (the file 'source').

    Briefly, on how the final documentation is generated:

    1. the edition "complete" is filtered out (between comments <!--START complete--> and <!--END complete-->, it is the WHATWG' specification edition; that edition is less boring than "w3c" from W3C): source => html5-complete.html
    2. the translation is being done in this project, en => ru
    3. the result html5-complete.html may be already read but there is no table of contents, styles, etc there; we get the single page edition with аnolis: html5-complete.html => single-page.html
    4. the single page edition is too big so it is a challenge for browsers (too slow) so it is better to read the multiple page edition, generated with spec-splitter.py: single-page.html => multipage

    Remark: the original spec-splitter.py doesn't process nonlatin texts well (in Russian, notable), so it was improved.

    Текст оригинальной спецификации берется из официального репозитория WHATWG, http://svn.whatwg.org/webapps (файл source).

    Кратко о том, как генерируется конечная документация:

    1. отфильтровывается вариант "complete" (между комментариями <!--START complete--> и <!--END complete-->, это вариант спеки от WHATWG; этот вариант менее скучный, чем "w3c" от W3C): source => html5-complete.html
    2. собственно делается перевод текста в этом проекте, en => ru
    3. получившийся перевод уже можно читать, html5-complete.html, но там нет содержания, стилей и т.д.; с помощью аnolis получаем одностраничную версию: html5-complete.html => single-page.html
    4. одностраничная версия очень большая, что является испытанием для браузеров (тормоза), поэтому лучше читать многостраничный вариант, создаваемый с помощью утилиты spec-splitter.py: single-page.html => multipage

    Замечание: оригинальная версия spec-splitter.py плохо работает с неанглийским текстом (в частности, с русским переводом), поэтому была доработана.
